Built for builders

Your own Linux server for whatever you build.

Websites, web apps, automations, agents. Root and SSH, Docker, git push-to-deploy, staging, the region you choose. Hosting, not a tutorial on the tools.

Close crop of hands on a mechanical keyboard in front of a dark terminal, indigo glow, one green key cap.

What can I run on my server?

Anything that runs on Ubuntu. One-click where it exists, Docker where it does not.

  • WordPress and WooCommerce

One click from your account, with WP-CLI on the server.

  • PHP and Laravel

NGINX or OpenLiteSpeed, PHP version set per site.

  • Node.js and NestJS

Pick the version. Push to a branch and the build, process manager and reverse proxy are handled.

  • Next.js

Deploy from git, next to whatever else is on the box.

  • Python

As a service or in a container.

  • Docker

Compose or a Dockerfile. Multi-container, APIs, background workers, AI and ML workloads.

  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB

MySQL and MariaDB on the server; PostgreSQL, MongoDB and ClickHouse one click.

  • Redis and Valkey

Object cache for WordPress, or a queue for your app.

  • n8n and Activepieces

Self-host your workflows next to the site they feed.

  • Static sites

Plain HTML from any generator, served from your server.

  • AI and agents

Ollama, Open WebUI and LibreChat one click. Host the agent that runs your workflow: Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes.

  • Code Server

VS Code in the browser, on your server, one click.

  • React, Vue, Svelte, Astro, Nuxt

Static builds served by NGINX, or Node for server rendering. Push from git and the build runs on the server.

  • Lovable and the other AI builders

Sync the project to GitHub, connect the repo, push. Same as any other project.

It is an Ubuntu server with root, so if it runs on Linux, it runs here. Deploy next to Vercel, Netlify or Railway, or move a project off them. Supabase is one click if you want it on your own server.

Run your server from Claude Code, the way we do.

We manage sites and servers from the Claude Code CLI, and so do the Talk-to-Build builders. On EmpathyHost the doors are open for it: SSH into your server, run WP-CLI, deploy with git push, and let an agent create sites through the platform's MCP server and Agent Skills. Agents building and looking after websites from the command line is where we think this goes. Your server is ready for it now.

  • SSH and WP-CLI

Your agent opens a shell on your server and runs WordPress from the command line.

  • git push-to-deploy

Commit, push, and the build and restart run on the server. Roll back when you need to.

  • MCP server and Agent Skills

Claude Code or Codex creates sites, pulls backups and checks health through the platform's MCP server.

What's in the account?

  • Root and SSH

Full root on an Ubuntu server, SSH and SFTP, a separate system user per site.

  • git push-to-deploy

Push to a branch and the build and restart run for you. Branch control and rollback. No FTP.

  • Staging

Push a site to staging, test, pull it back live. A free test domain before your real one points at it.

  • Docker

Compose or a Dockerfile, from your account.

  • Region of your choice

Choose where the server lives when you create it.

Specs per plan

PlanRAMvCPUBandwidth

Two websites2 GB23 TB
Five websites4 GB23 TB

Servers run on Intel Xeon processors with built-in AI acceleration (Intel DL Boost), on Vultr cloud infrastructure, in the region you choose.

Your account, your server

  • Your own account

Checkout creates it, with your own login, and a welcome email has everything you need to sign in. Servers, sites, backups and billing live there.

  • You create the server

You spin it up from your account and pick the region. You decide what runs on it.

  • Your agents can work it too

An MCP server and Agent Skills are available, so Claude Code or Codex can create a site, pull a backup or check health for you.

  • An advisor, not a gatekeeper

Nobody sits between you and your server. When you want a second opinion, talk to us, opens WhatsApp.

Builder questions

Do I get root access and SSH?

Yes. Every plan is your own Ubuntu server with full root access, SSH and SFTP. It is your server, so you get the keys to it.

Can I deploy with git?

Yes. Connect a repo, push to your branch, and the build and restart run for you. Branch control and rollback are in your account. No FTP.

Can I run Docker?

Yes. Bring a Dockerfile or a Compose file. Multi-container setups, APIs, background workers and AI or ML workloads run on your server next to whatever else you host there.

Can I run n8n or a Node app next to WordPress?

Yes. n8n is a one-click app and Node.js is a first-class stack, and both run on the same server as a WordPress site. Size the plan for the number of sites and the RAM you need; Two websites is the usual starting point.

Do I choose the server region?

Yes. You pick the region when you create the server in your account, and that is where your site runs, on Vultr cloud infrastructure in that region.

What if I don't want any hand-holding?

Then you will not get any. It is your account and your server. We are here when you message us on WhatsApp, and otherwise we stay out of your way.

Ship it on your own server.

Pick Two or Five websites, create your account, and start pushing. Or talk to us first if you want to sanity-check the setup.
