Pricing questions
What does 'one website' mean on a plan?
The plan is sized for one website on your own server: 1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU and 1 TB bandwidth. Two websites is sized for two sites with 2 GB RAM and 2 vCPU. Five websites is sized for five with 4 GB RAM and 2 vCPU. Pick the plan that matches how many sites you want to run.
What currency am I billed in?
USD. Every plan is priced and billed in US dollars, monthly, whichever country you are in.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Billing is monthly, so you can stop whenever you like. There is nothing to work off.
Can I run something other than WordPress?
Yes. Every plan is your own Ubuntu server with root access, so it runs whatever runs on Linux: Node.js, Laravel, Python, Next.js, static sites, Docker containers, PostgreSQL, Redis, n8n and your agents. WordPress is one of the one-click apps, not a requirement. The plan sets the size of the server, not what you put on it.
Which providers and regions can I choose?
The three plans run on Vultr cloud infrastructure, and you pick the region when you create the server. Locations include Toronto, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Tokyo, Singapore, Mumbai and Sydney, among others. Choose the one closest to the people who visit your site.
Is migration included?
Yes. Free migration is included on every plan. Message us on WhatsApp where your site lives now and we move it across.
