What you get

Your own Linux server, any stack.

Free SSL, daily backups and free migration, on every plan.

What every plan includes

  • Your own hosting account

An account that is yours, with your own login. Checkout creates it.

  • Your own Linux server

Not shared hosting. An Ubuntu server that belongs to your account, with full root access, SSH and SFTP.

  • Region of your choice

Pick the region when you create the server.

  • Free SSL

A certificate for every site, issued and renewed at no extra cost.

  • Daily backups

Your sites are backed up every day, with one-click restore.

  • Free migration

We move your existing site across at no charge.

  • USD, monthly, cancel any time

One price, billed monthly in US dollars. Stop whenever you like.

  • People who answer

Message us on WhatsApp and a person from the EmpathyHost team writes back.

What hardware runs my server?

Your server deploys on Vultr cloud infrastructure with Intel Xeon processors with built-in AI acceleration (Intel DL Boost), in the region you choose when you create the server. Each plan sets the RAM, vCPU and bandwidth; the operating system is Ubuntu.

    Schedule anything from your account.

  • Server cloning

Copy a whole server when you want to start the next one from a known state.

How does it work?

  1. Step 1: Choose a plan and create your account

Pick One, Two or Five websites. Checkout creates your own account, and you get a welcome email with everything you need to sign in.

  2. Step 2: Create your server and pick the region

In your account, create a server and choose where it lives. From then on it is your server, root and all.

  3. Step 3: Add what you are building

Install WordPress with one click, deploy a Node or Laravel app from git, bring a Docker Compose file, or tell us where your existing site lives and we move it across for free.

Start with your own server.
